Becoming a Member

Corporate

The Association may by resolution admit to corporate membership in the Association any organization which:

1. holds a licence in good standing to act as a trustee under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act; and

2. has (subject to article 12.02) a board of directors at least two-thirds (2/3) of whom are general members of the Association.

Corporate members may show their membership in the CAIRP on their letterhead and in their advertising.
