The Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) is the national professional organization representing some 950 members acting as trustees in bankruptcy, administrators of consumer proposals, receivers, liquidators, agents, monitors, and consultants in insolvency matters, as well as nearly 350 articling and 200 corporate and life associates.
CAIRP was created as a non-profit corporation in 1979 to advocate a fair, transparent, and effective system of insolvency/restructuring administration throughout Canada. Nearly all practising trustees licensed under Canada’s Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act are members of CAIRP.

CAIRP advises spending with caution, adhering to a budget this holiday season

2014 ARIL Conference
The 11th Annual Review of Insolvency Law (“ARIL”) Conference will take place in Vancouver on February 20 and 21, 2014. CAIRP is proud to be, once again, a Sustaining Contributor.
Anyone who has attended the ARIL Conference in the past can attest that it is an extraordinary coming together of prominent members from every part of the insolvency and restructuring community for an intensive day of enlightening presentations and discussions. This year’s program promises to be as excellent as ever.
CAIRP strongly encourages our members to consider attending this year’s ARIL Conference.
